Ofcourse I was following the link and got instruction to download an installerįor the 32 of 64 bit version. I'm using Office 2010 and when going to File -> Options -> Language, I saw the text "Not installed" behind my preferred language (Dutch) where the text was linkable. Untill I started reading the webpage my Office app was directing me to. I had the same problem, and even after installing for the tenth time, I couldn't get it to work.
